We ship from London, England.

No cancellations, but product colour can be changed if it already hasn’t been shipped.

If ordered from within UK 2-3 working days, outside of UK can be up to a week.

Only will receive a full refund if damage is visible before the package has been fully opened, meaning if you damage the product while trying to unpack it there will be no refunds. Proof of damage must be emailed to customer service. If the product is incorrect you can return it to an address that will be provided when you contact customer service and a new replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

After proof of severe damage has been shown before the product is taking out of its packaging , money will be refunded within 2 days.
